Well, here Ryan and I are, sitting and discussing my future! yay me! I've gotten to work finally, feeling the sudden crunch of time. The application process goes well and Ryan is checking them over as I go through. I'm so excited. If I don't get into NSCAD at least I have the back up of going to NSCC. It looks pretty cool and Ryan knows the system and how to work it, it seems.
I just wish this kink in my neck would stop hurting, I am getting so tired. Maybe I should go to sleep. Ehh... a 2 hour nap is not long enough, I should just pull an all nighter.

I managed to finally fall asleep, listening to Ryan singing. It was so sweeet. He can be a total sweetheart sometimes. Well anyway, About School.
I had a long day today. After finally falling asleep at around 5:30am I was woken up by my sister chanting in my ear "Wake up Shayley Wake up! *STAMP STAMP* Wake up Shayley Wake up!" After about 2 minutes of this I pawbatted her away and she left, only to bring down mother who continued to scream at me about how lazy I was and how mad she was that I was holding her back. Well anyway, so after about 5 minutes of this badgering, I roll over and get up, seeing that someone has messaged me, slowly crawl out of bed. Ignoring the previous message, I commence messaging Ryan who was there and who I cleared up the muddledness of our evening with. It was fun, and then it was off to school.
Art class was alright, Christi noted first off how sleep deprived and she said she can tell from the sound of my voice, the higher it is the less sleep I got. *snortgiggle* And then I worked on my project and made a whole bunch of mistakes but it'll be cool when it's done. We're doing Popart Collage, where the subject is technology. I am using various peices of RAM [really old stuff] a videocard, the base to a monitor and some IDE cable for the collage and then I am painting the rest. My theme is War and Space. Lol Subject and theme are very different I assure you.
So aside from that, I have been composing again, something I am calling the summer storm. It's turning out pretty cool. It's got some very heavy deep cords and it's written in A Minor, not that that will mean anything to anyone. But anyway, I am slowly coming back into my music. I think putting it on hiatus was a very good thing as well, you can see, I have something good coming out of it.
As for the rest of my life, things are looking up. Once I have enough money I am going to work on getting those tixs out to home, if I can't ask for them as a grad present. :) Anyway, so excited, things are beginning to go my way. |
